• the programme you are attending,
• your arrival & departure date,
• your preferred hotel category choosing from the options listed below:
  • **2-star Bed & Breakfast: just a few stops by tram from the ESI
  • ***3-star Bed & Breakfast: a 10 minute walk from the ESI
  • ****4-star Hotel: various options in walking distance from the ESI
  • ****4-star Apartments with kitchenette: 20 minutes by tram, nice price & area, respectively 15 minute walk, great city rate
  • Apartment rentals

We will then send you the appropriate information & prices, and finally make a reservation at the place of your choice. The ESI room rates start from EUR 42 per night per person, depending on season and length of stay. For longterm stays we recommend the apartment options.
