We construct a formulation of non-linear Electrodynamics in a "democratic" setup, where both electric and magnetic potentials feature in equal footing. This formulation allows the construction of manifestly (discreet and continuous) duality-symmetric and Poincaré invariant theories with a local Lagrangian.
