Delone sets having statistically circular symmetry is produced by Pinwheel tiling, whose pieces have infinitely many different angles. The angle obtained by this method is arctan(1/2) which is incomensurable to \pi. We discuss construction of Delone set using badly approximable numbers. Then we have to solve a linear equaition x+y+z=1 over badly approximable numbers. We find two best solutions for this equation and apply this solutions to create a new Delone set.
