Caron-Huot and Wilhelm showed that one can extract anomalous dimensions from the phase of the S martix for. a certain class of observervables. Calculating in this way has the advantage that one can utilize unitarity methods which facilitates higher loop calculations. In this talk I will show how  we can genearlize these methods to calculate rapidity anomalous dimensions for: The Sudakov Form factors, the TMD soft functions and  Regge trajectories. In addition to being able to utilize unitarity methods, this scheme also removes the need for any rapidity regulators.
