In this talk, we discuss the gravitational edge mode in Jackiw-Teitelboim (JT) gravity for AdS2. We revisit the derivation of Schwarzian theory as a gravitational edge mode of JT gravity. We discuss the origin of the SL(2) gauge and the path integral measure of Schwarzian theory. I will also comment on the gravitational edge mode for the super-JT gravity.
