Factorization, resummation and endpoint divergences at subleading power

Starting from the renormalized factorization theorem for b-quark induced Higgs to diphoton decay, I will present a systematic resummation of large logarithms at subleading power in SCET. The endpoint divergences are eliminated by means of the refactorization-based subtraction scheme, while some technical difficulties in resummation arise from the phase-space rearrangement. I will discuss the renormalization-group evolutions of low-energy matrix elements and hard coefficients, and find an optimal way to perform resummation. The cancellation of endpoint divergences in convolutions of RG evolved functions will also be demonstrated in details.
