Lax matrices are a key tool in the study of  integrable classical many-particle systems. If the initial conditions for the dynamical evolution are random, then the Lax matrix will be random. Because of integrability these random matrices have a very particular structure. In my presentation, I will explain the connection to generalized hydrodynamics. But the focus will be on random matrices, their density of states, and eigenvectors.
