Infinity of higher-spin asymptotic charges and celestial symmetries

Ana-Maria Raclariu (U of Amsterdam)

Apr 02. 2024, 09:30 — 10:30

In this talk I will review the symmetry structures appearing in 3+1 dimensional asymptotically flat spacetimes. I will discuss a unified perspective on the universal tree-level soft theorems as arising from the matching of an infinity of charges extracted from an asymptotic expansion of the field equations. I will review the symmetry algebras obeyed by these charges, as well as the way in which these symmetries are realized in celestial CFT.
