Research in Teams Project: Asymptotically AdS and Flat Spacetimes in 3-Dimensional Supergravities

Research Project:
The purpose of this project is to investigate asymptotic symmetries of some 3-dimensional supergravities for Anti-de Sitter (AdS) and flat spacetimes. In particular, we would like to determine the allowed set of boundary conditions on the physical fields, that leads to well-defined conserved charges which has not been explored much for fermionic fields. The models that we are planning to study contain terms with more than three derivatives on the metric and matter couplings. One important question we would like to understand is whether these terms affect the set of allowed boundary conditions.
