Call for CECAM-ESI-Workshop

The CECAM–ESI programme invites researchers to submit proposals for the next annual CECAM–ESI workshop, to be held at the Erwin Schrödinger Institute for Mathematics and Physics (ESI) in Vienna, Austria, between April 1, 2027, and March 30, 2028.
The workshops should foster advances in areas of shared interest to CECAM and ESI, spanning mathematics, physics, and advanced computational methods. Their aim is to promote synergies and collaborative activities across these domains.
Organizing teams and participant lists that reflect an interdisciplinary spirit, as well as a clear motivation for the chosen interdisciplinary approach, are encouraged. Diversity in gender, geographical provenance, career stage, and so forth, of organizers and participants is a requirement.

The deadline for submission is September 1, 2026.
Results of the call will be communicated in October 2026.
