The Junior Resaerch Fellow Programme of the ESI

On behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research (BMWF) the Erwin Schrödinger International Institute for Mathematical Physics (ESI) is offering a number of Junior Research Fellowships for young researchers (PhD students and young post-docs) to participate in scientific activities of the Institute, to collaborate with visitors at the Institute or to work with individual members of the local scientific community.

The fellowships are awarded on a competitive basis for a period of 2-6 months each. Applications for shorter or longer periods may be considered in exceptional cases.

There are two deadlines for applications each year, one in April and one in November. For further details please check the call for applications.
